A 52-YEAR-OLD real estate broker was gunned down in La Trinidad while a man was hurt after a shooting spree in Abra, according to authorities.

In a belated police report, as Roberto Dumagat Obidos, 52, Real Estate Broker, native of Samar, Leyte and presently residing at Puguis, La Trinidad, Benguet died after he was shot to death by still unidentified assailants while he was inside his vehicle at Km. 3, Pico, La Trinidad, Tuesday evening.

Probers said the victim was inside his vehicle when he was approached by two gun-wielding individuals and fired at him several times hitting him twice on his neck before fleeing towards an undisclosed direction.

Bystanders rushed the victim to Pines City Doctors Hospital for medical treatment but died while undergoing close medical supervision.

Elements of the Scene of the Crime Operation (SOCO) team recovered from the crime scene a spent shell and a fired bullet of a still undisclosed type of firearm which was used by the suspects.

The motive of the brutal murder of the broker has yet to be established by the probers.
