AFTER the successful launch of Patio Suites on November last year, Alveo Land kicked off 2017 with the conduct of their first open house for the new condominium on January 28, 2016.
"During our open house, our clients can see the model units available," said Gale Evaristo, Alveo Senior Project Development Associate, adding that the units will showcase what buyers can do to their units.
Potential clients were able to view the model of their studio units and one-bedroom units. Patio Suites also has two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
Evaristo said discounts for the month of January were also being offered during the open house.
Alveo invited their potential clients to attend the open house and at the same time catered to walk-in clients and those who dropped by their booth inside Abreeza Mall.
This is Alveo's first of their monthly open house events that they will be holding this year for their clients and potential buyers. Those visiting their office at the ground floor of Abreeza Mall, just beside Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, can expect promos and discounts during their event.
Evaristo said Alveo's Patio Suites offers a leisure living concept within the heart of the bustling and booming Davao City.
Patio Suites features a spacious outdoor leisure amenity area with swimming pools, outdoor living spaces, and a landscaped activity lawn. The condominium tower also features a gym, board room, kid's play area, and a milti-purpose hall.
The 26-storey tower will feature more than 200 units, composed of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.
The tower will also have nine penthouses which range from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom units. Standard unit features include efficient unit space planning, walk-in closet for the master bedroom on select units, kitchen cabinet system, individual metering for water and electricity, and balconies and decks on select units.
Patio Suite is among the residential developments within Abreeza, Ayala Land's first mixed-use community in Davao City. It is also the last phase of Abreeza's residential enclave which includes Abreeza Residences and Abreeza Place Towers 1 and 2. Also part of the mixed-use community is Seda Abreeza, Ayala Malls Abreeza, and the Abreeza Corporate Center.
