THE Police Station 4 in Bacolod City has released a facial sketch of the gunman who injured two construction workers at their barracks in Barangay Estefania last week.

Senior Inspector Elmer Bonilla, head of Police Station 4, said on Thursday they are asking the help of the public to identify the assailant, who shot Ricky Villones of Binalbagan town and Roy del Rosario of Bacolod City, on January 24.

The gunman was on a motorcycle with an unidentified driver.

Bonilla described the gunman to be in his early 40s and stands 5’2” to 5’7” with medium build.

Another gunman is being suspected in the killing of 24-year-old Harold Mira of Barangay 27.

Mira was shot to death by an unidentified assailant on a motorcycle while the victim was riding a passenger jeepney along Burgos Extension, 15 minutes after his co-workers Villones and del Rosario were shot.

There were supposedly different assailants in the two shooting incidents, but same caliber of firearm was used, Bonilla said, adding that they consider the incidents drug-related.
