VALENTINES Day is right around the corner and The Pig & Palm is not missing out on the celebration. On the special night of the 14th, enjoy a six-course dinner at one of the hottest spots for dining and drinking in Cebu.

Staying true to its signature tapas-style of dining, The Pig & Palm has prepared a delicate array of flavors especially for the evening. The six-course dinner will start with a selection of canapés to be followed by tuna sashimi with tomato consommé, basil and goat cheese. The third course on the menu is duck tortellini with roast butternut squash, and duck fat crumble followed by short rib of beef with roast onion, horseradish mash and parsley cream.

For dessert, The Pig & Palm is serving strawberry and rose lolly as well as warm chocolate mousse with raspberry, pistachio, and shortbread to end the night on a sweet note.
