PEACE TALKS. President Rodrigo Duterte has revoked the Joint Agreement on Safety and Immunity Guarantees between the government and the communists, Presidential Adviser on Peace Process Jesus Dureza said on Tuesday.

FLAGDOWN RATE. The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has decided to restore the P40 flagdown rate for taxis, nearly two years after it reduced it to P30 in March 2015.

ARREST WARRANT. The Sandiganbayan has ordered the arrest of former Aloguinsan Mayor Cynthia Moreno, five town officials and two others following their conviction of graft for the purchase of construction materials worth over P1 million without a public bidding in 2007.
