“Kennon Road has been there since 1903, and the people have been utilizing it for more than one hundred (100) years,” he said.

Go added the road has gone through a lot of era and stands the test of time and has transformed into a functional and historic road.

“I believe it is high time that it be recognized as a cultural heritage zone,” added Go.

The proposed measure recommends Kennon Road’s rehabilitation, preservation, conservation and development.

The solon also filed House Bill No. 5015 which provides full scholarship grants to tertiary students enrolled in State Universities and Colleges as well as those in public Technical-Vocational Institutes.
