“Kennon Road has been there since 1903, and the people have been utilizing it for more than one hundred (100) years,” he said.

Go added the road has gone through a lot of era and stands the test of time and has transformed into a functional and historic road.

“I believe it is high time that it be recognized as a cultural heritage zone,” added Go.

The proposed measure recommends Kennon Road’s rehabilitation, preservation, conservation and development.
