Gianunsyo ni PSC Commissioner Ramon Fernandez ang pagporma sa Grievance and Arbitration Committee nga pangulohan nila ni Acting Executive Director Carlo Abarquez ug PSC Legal Consultant Ramsey Quijano.
Sulbaron ning maong grupo ang mga panagbangi sulod sa National Sports Associations (NSAs) lakip na ang mga reklamo sa mga atleta ug coaches.
Si PSC Chairman William “Butch” Ramirez, kinsa nagpakahilom sa ubay-ubay nga mga isyu sukad sa iyang paglingkod sa posisyon niadtong Hulyo sa miaging tuig, mitingog na aron ipadayag ang baruganan sa PSC.
“We are doing our job. In due time, we will release our position against NSAs and the POC. One solution that the board is contemplating with all these abuses and corruptions issues is to file cases and stop funding and focus on grassroots sports program and leave NSAs and the POC on their own, anyway they are private organizations. Our lawyers are now investigating and arbitrating. We will release our stand when all documents are made available,” post ni Ramirez sa Facebook.
Gitataw ni Quijano clarified ang legal nga basihan sa PSC kabahin sa lakang nga pagahimuon niini mao ang RA 6847 o PSC Act.
“PSC will investigate complaints relating to POC-NSA abuses, mismanagement of affairs, misapplication of resources and corruption through the creation of a Grievance and Arbitration Committee,” matod ni Quijano sa interbyu sa Sun.Star Cebu, igsuong buhatan ning mantalaan.
“If these things are not corrected and resolve properly, anytime the PSC will suspend and stop funding all NSA’s and POC.”
