SACRED Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) showcased its dominance in court with one-sided victories in the Under-16 and Under-13 age groups of the Division 1 of the Cebu Youth Basketball League (CYBL) 2017 Casino Active Cup at the SHS-AdC Mango Avenue Campus Gym.
SHS-AdC crushed Don Bosco Technology Center (DBTC), 41-22, in the Under-13 age class.
Kent Dumandan led the Magis Eagles’ charge with 10 points, while Marcus Regala added six. Sid Reroma paced DBTC with seven points.
SHS-AdC’s Under-16 squad destroyed University of San Carlos (USC) North, 93-75.
Maynard Uy led SHS-AdC with 13, Romeo Jabalon had 12, while Nichael Cabañero added 10.
University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) scored a lopsided 93-75 victory over DBTC in the Under-19 age group of Division 1. Four Baby Panthers’ were in double digits - Christopher Isabelo with 14, Gabriel Cometa with 11, Dennis Archival and Winston Ynot with 10 points each.
