AS VALENTINE’S Day draws nearer, a number of lovers out there might have felt some pressure on what gift to give their partners. So, how about some yummy durian treats from Apo Ni Lola Durian Delicacies?

Well, you are not just about to give your loved one with a unique stash, but both of you will also get the chance to enjoy the best of Davao. This famous durian house in Matina, Davao City does not only offer one of the best-tasting durian candies in town. They likewise produce other durian-based frappe, shake, coffee, pastries and some other products for non-durian lovers, such as candies and tarts made of mangosteen, jackfruit, marang and purple yam.

What if you are not in Davao to enjoy all of these? This is, actually, not a problem. Apo ni Lola durian delicacies delivers wherever you are in the Philippines (or probably even in the world)!

Online ordering system

Back in 2012, the website of Apo ni Lola was established, which opened doors for an online ordering system. However, it was only recently that such has been maximized.

In an interview, Apo ni Lola operations manager Imee Añabesa shared that they really have one staff whose focus is just the administration of the website and the facilitation of online orders.

Although, online sales only account for five percent of the company’s total sales figures, she pointed out that they take pride of the fact that their products have slowly become a staple not just in Davao, but in other areas as well.

Añabesa added that some of these online buyers are even on their way abroad and would bring their products as “pasalubong” (souvenir) for relatives and friends in their areas of destination.

“We are really working hard to continuously improve our products, especially that we are not only bringing the name Apo ni Lola, but the name of Davao City, too,” she said.

Looking for Valentine’s Day gift for your partners, friends and family, why not order some from Apo ni Lola Durian Delicacies? Worry not, they have packages that no longer need some gift-wrapping.
