#SHORTS: Surigao quake estimated damage nears P700-M mark; 8 people, including a soldier, wounded in ambush; Temperature in Cebu 'dips' to 23 degrees Celsius

DAMAGE. The initial estimated damage of the 6.7 magnitude earthquake that hit Surigao del Norte and Surigao City on Friday evening has now reached almost P700 million.

INJURED. Eight people, including a soldier, were injured when gunmen ambushed a passenger bus on the way to Pagadian City, Tuesday night.

COLD AIR. At 5 a.m. last Monday, the temperature was 23.5 degrees Celsius. The normal temperature is between 24 and 31 degrees Celsius.
