A 23-YEAR-OLD man died after he was hit by two vehicles in Barangay Tuyan, Naga City, Cebu past 8 p.m. Thursday, February 23.
Police Officer 3 Keith Nuñeza identified the victim as Carl Swenson Teleron, who succumbed to injuries in the head and body.
Investigation showed Teleron was crossing the southbound lane of the national highway when he was hit by the van driven by Ruel Satera.
Teleron was thrown to the northbound lane and got hit again by another car driven by Godwin Fuentes.
Nuñeza said Satera and Fuentes surrendered, but they will not face charges after Teleron's parents opted to settle the case. (KAL)
