THE Duros Land Properties Inc. launched a resort and officiated the groundbreaking of its condominium in Yati, Liloan, Cebu on Friday, February 24.
The resort known as The Woodlands Resort Communities, or The Woodlands, is a 10-hectare development with five residential towers and several villas.
It has world-class amenities like a 180-hectare golf course called the Liloan Golf and Leisure Estate located in Barangay San Roque.
“The Woodlands and the Liloan Golf will be added attractions for Cebu, as one of the best retirement destinations in the world,” said project director Lydwena Eco during the launching event that was attended by Liloan local government unit representatives, real estate brokers, sellers and Duros Group executives and stakeholders.
Duros Land will pour in about P5 billion into The Woodlands and Liloan Golf and Leisure Estate.
Inside The Woodlands is the One Tectona Condominium that will have 14 levels with 165 residential units and 21 duplex villas.
The One Tectona, the first high-rise condominium in northern Cebu, is envisioned to be a refreshing and vibrant home for Japanese retirees and a time-share property for business and leisure travelers who want a quick getaway.
Eco said The Woodlands and One Tectona will have special features because all units are bundled with golf rides.
