SANTA Ana Lions Club A clinched the team title of the Davao Lions Club Bowling Tournament held Sunday evening at the NCCC Mall B3 Center Lanes in Davao City.
Santa Ana-A team A toppled a total of 4,895 pinfalls after eight games in the event organized by the Davao Lions Club, beating Davao City Mount Apo Lions Club (4,895) and Santa Ana Lions Club B (4,067) that placed second and third, respectively.
In the masters event, Anthony Alegria garnered 526 pinfalls after three games, besting Jun Rosillo and Raymond Nonato. Rosillo rolled 492 pins while Nonato amassed 487 pinfalls.
Special awardees were Emma Victoriano (highest single female) and the pair of Alegria and Nestor Burgos (highest double).
All winners received trophy and medals. (ABM)
