A SURRENDER of the suspended Oplan Tokhang program was caught during a checkpoint in Sitio Tac-an, Barangay Budlaan, Cebu City yesterday afternoon.
Minolito Erana, 32, who hails from the mountain barangay of Pulangbato, was flagged down because he wasn’t wearing a helmet, and his motorcycle had no side mirror and plate number.
PO2 Gringo Nulbez of the Talamban Police Station said that Erana was shaking when police approached him.
Nulbez said that Erana yielded three big sachets of suspected shabu worth P45,000.
He will be charged with possession of shabu. JBT
