- A graduate of Fine Arts major in industrial design or any course related to designing

- Has creativity & imagination

- Has an eye for design, including colour and good 3D awareness

- Has the ability to visualize concepts

- Has good drawing, sketches and & 3D rendering

- Good organizational skills, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Has strong communication and negotiation skills

- Has confidence & self- discipline
