• A graduate of Fine Arts major in industrial design or any course related to designing
• Has creativity & imagination
• Has an eye for design, including colour and good 3D awareness
• Has the ability to visualize concepts
• Has good drawing, sketches and & 3D rendering
• Good organizational skills, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Has strong communication and negotiation skills
• Has confidence & self- discipline
