A FORMER village watchman was shot dead after eating breakfast in Sitio Kastila, Unit 1 Carbon, Barangay Ermita earlier Thursday.
Authorities identified the victim as Rolando Rosada, 31, who was a former barangay tanod of Ermita.
The victim and his father were eating an early meal and were not aware that the suspect, identified as Toti Querbo, was eating together with them.
Querbo shot the victim twice and fled the scene.
The Carbon Police Station is currently conducting a hot pursuit operation against the suspect. (JOB/SunStar Cebu)
