ERRORS in birth certificate topped the most number of those seeking legal advice during the University of the Cordilleras College of Law (UC-COL) law week.
UC-COL Barrister's club member Allan Basto said there were at least 360 clients from Baguio City have asked legal advice with more than half seeking correction for errors in their birth certificate.
Clients however were told to go straight to the Office of the Civil Registry to correct the errors.
Other legal problems that were brought during the law week include land dispute and legitimacy of children.
Aside from the free legal advice, UC-COL has also rendered free notary to those who have brought their documents subject for official/legal transactions.
Meanwhile during the law week, at least 60 street sweepers in Baguio City have joined the special treat of UC-COL in Camp John Hay.
