Hanz and Rianna’s wedding

HANZ Wilhelm Montelibano Corral and Anna Margarita Monponbanua Vargas have been friends for 11 years.

Indeed, 11 years of friendship is a lot of time to grow in familiarity and liking each other’s traits with maturity in acceptance blossoming into true love.

It was a relationship which everyone knew would lead to the altar. And finally, Hanz did propose to Rianna.

Hanz is the second son of one of Bacolod’s better architects, Antonio “Tony Boy” Oppen Corral and Elenita “Inday” Lacson Montelibano. Rianna is the only daughter of Jose “Linglong” Vargas and Vicky Monponbanua.

As most weddings among the young these days, except for the immediate and intimate members of the family, it is the bride and groom who make up their guest list. Gone are the days when the couple's parents dictate who they want to attend while the central players in the ceremony can just throw in a few names of their friends.

Hanz and Rianna did have all their friends present in their special moment along with the nearest and dearest members of their family.

The wedding ceremony and the reception held at The Ruins in Talisay City were simple but truly elegant. It was Hanz and Rianna’s wish not to be flamboyant and excessive, but with the abundance of taste and grace from both old rich families, the event exuded chic and class!

Congratulations and Best Wishes Hanz and Rianna!
