Capitol security checks on Pala-Pala slay incident

THE security office of the Negros Occidental Provincial Government is checking further on the details of the stabbing incident involving a utility worker of a manpower agency contracted by the province.

The incident which took place at the old Pala-Pala on San Juan Street, Bacolod City on March 31 led to the death of Jundel Molina, 29, of Barangay 6, Bacolod City.

Police reports further showed he was allegedly stabbed by Emmanuel Sison, 33, of Barangay 17 in the same city using a bladed weapon.

The utility worker-suspect then surrendered to the police after the incident, it added.

Capitol Security Head Venchito Magalona Tuesday, April 4, said they are waiting for the incident report from the security agency detailed at the area.

Magalona said that they will immediately submit it to the Provincial Legal Office for appropriate actions.

“The incident involves a utility worker who is a son of a security guard assigned at the area,” he said, adding that guards belonging to Ilobac Security Agency has jurisdiction over the Capitol property thus, they are also accountable to the incident.
