LOOK: Landslide in Dalaguete, Cebu

AT LEAST 10 vehicles were stranded after incessant rains triggered a landslide along Ablayan-Maluray road in Dalaguete town in southern Cebu Wednesday, April 5.

The Philippine Information Agency said the road was cleared as of 11 a.m., but responders are still guarding the area in Sitio Canlawilao, Barangay Dumalan.

Rydal Cisneros, Dalaguete information officer, told the PIA that possible landslides may occur if the weather will not improve.

The landslide occurred around 4 a.m. Wednesday. A woman identified as Clara Amamangpang, 55, was injured.
