NABBED. Eight people, including a minor and two women, were arrested in a drug bust operation against a watchlisted drug personality that resulted to discovery of re-packing of large volume of metamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu in Barangay Zulueta.
RECOVERED. The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO) confirmed that as of 3 p.m., Sunday, April 16, nine bodies were recovered in the wake of the flash floods in Carmen town and Danao City in northern Cebu.
