Drug suspect nabbed in Candaba drug bust

CANDABA -- A suspected drug personality was nabbed in an anti-drug operation launched by elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Central Luzon and local authorities here recently.

Candaba police chief Superintendent Paul Gamido said the suspect identified as Christopher Tolentino, 42, was arrested in Barangay Manga after positively selling illegal drugs to a poseur buyer.

Recovered from the suspect's possession were three plastic sachets of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as "shabu," and a P500 marked money.

Subject person is now facing criminal offenses for selling and possession of illegal drugs of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
