A SECURITY guard died after he was ran over by a truck loaded with sugarcane Monday, April 17, at Hacienda Panaogao Road, Barangay 4 in Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the fatality as Jaime Bio, 48, of Hacienda Velez, Murcia town.
Investigation showed Bio was driving his motorcycle when he swerved to the left as the road is being repaired.
The truck was driven by Aljohn Gregorio Sugarol, 26, of Bagtic, Silay City.
Bio was thrown in the middle of the road and was hit by the truck. He succumbed to head injuries. (GYM)
