POLICE are hunting down the suspect who carnapped a vehicle in Davao City on Wednesday.
The car's owner was identified as Victor Ditchilla Villarin, a resident of Water Lily Village, Barangay Wilfredo Aquino in Agdao.
Investigation conducted by San Pedro police revealed that the victim parked his gray Mitsubishi L200 Pick-up model with plate number LDE 249 outside the Ilustre Street in front of the Limso Hospital.
The victim told the police that he parked his car outside the hospital after his wife was confined at Limso for surgical operation.
Vehicle was last seen at around 2 a.m. The car left the area driven by a still identified suspect going to Matina.
Victim also disclosed the vehicle was acquired from its last owner in 2013 with a bidding prize of P185,000.
San Pedro Police are still conducting follow-up operation to recover the vehicle and to identify the suspect.(KRP)
