2 drug suspects in Tugbok district sued

TWO suspected drug pushers are facing charges before the Davao City Prosecution Office (CPO) after they were arrested in a drug bust in Barangay Sto. Niño, Tugbok in Davao City on Tuesday.

Facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are Jay-ar Ibañez Pimentel and Edmond Bayo Comanda, who are both residents in the area.

Police investigation showed that the suspects were arrested at Evergreen Street in Barangay Sto. Niño after they sold a sachet of suspected crystal meth (shabu) to an undercover policeman.

Recovered from the possession of the suspects were five sachets of suspected shabu including the P500 marked money.

The two suspects are now detained at the Tugbok Police Station.
