MOST of the Kagay-anons are familiar with Trinidad building where the popular government institution PhilHealth is located. Last month, my friend and I have an important thing to attend to at the PhilHealth office.
We asked the guard where the nearest place to eat was, he recommended that at the back street of the building there were new local restaurants. We immediately followed his advice just to ease our hunger, we didn’t expect what we saw. A new lifestyle area named “CDO Center Point” just opened near Corrales Avenue.
It has lots of shops to choose from: restaurants, resto-bar, burger parlors and many more, that offer good food and drinks. We tried the signature burger of one of the restaurants in the area, namely the “el president burger” and it was very affordable at P350 good for two. The burger was actually named from our current President Rodrigo Duterte and it’s the biggest burger I ever ate at the moment.
One of the tenants of the place also offer comfortable karaoke room and various favorite Filipino dishes at a very reasonable price that can be serve while you’re singing like a popular singer in every room. The place also offers salons, wines, tea and coffee shop for relaxation and business meeting purposes.
Actually, as of now, I still didn’t try all the restaurants and amnesties at the Center Point as some stores are still newly opened and on its soft opening. But I just want to tell all Kagay-anons the addition of the new lifestyle destination in our city. Few of the restaurants are open from 12 p.m. to serve lunch, snack, dinner and drinks up to 12 a.m. I am looking forward to try all the foods and write one by one about the uniqueness and something new they could offer.
As I observed the place, it’s clean and still has its privacy with a wide parking area that every one of us consider most, knowing that it’s located at the center of the city. The area is ideal for family, barkada and dating hangouts as it has lot of options. So what are were waiting for its Sunday, let’s treat our loved ones and explore the food, services and facilities that Center Point tenants could offer. Take a selfie at the place so friends will know we were the first to be there and we can gain more Facebook likes!
