The inspection is done individually, from head to foot, following very distinct and unique procedures. The inspection is not a fault finding activity but more of a corrective measure to ensure that guards are always dressed, equipped and supplied completely by the respective Security providers. Aside from the individual clothing and equipment, armaments and issued firearms were also inspected.

Communication equipment and other support gadgets were also tested to ensure that they are always functional and ready to use. Likewise, its goal is to assist the guards in the performance on their mandated tasks in the SM malls and its affiliates nationwide.

Certificates of commendation to some security personnel who have shown exemplary performance worthy of praise and emulations signed by SM Supermalls President Hans Sy and Engineer Paule were also awarded. (PR)
