Cebu grad ranks 6th in Civil Engineering exam

A GRADUATE of the Cebu Technological University (CTU) - Main (former CSCST) topped the 2017 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.

Rusty Villadolid Lapus ranked 6th with a rating of 92.85 percent. The licensure exam was given on May 2017. Villadolid is the only graduate from Cebu who made it to the top 10.

Hisham Adiong Sacar from Far Eastern University (FEU) - Institue of Technology (former FEU-East Asia College) got the first spot with a rating of 94.60 percent.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on its website that 2,514 out of 6,998 passed the May 2017 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Civil Engineering in the cities of Cebu, Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
