Rimaven Homes Dau unveils Marina Swimming Pool

MABALACAT CITY -- Rimaven Homes Dau, a community developed by
Rimaven Properties Inc., unveils one of its newest amenities on May 12, 2017, at Purok San Isidro, Barangay Dau, the Marina Swimming Pool.

Designed to uplift quality living and inspire good family relationships, the Marina Swimming Pool is the first ever community pool in Barangay Dau.

“Our homeowners can use this amenity to relax, have fun, and even celebrate special events,” said R.D. Policarpio & Co. Inc. Administrative Manager Bianca Policarpio.

Named after the developer’s grandmother “Lola Maring”, the pool is also a tribute to the hard working mother of the Policarpio clan.

“In her early days, she tried all kinds of businesses one could think of to provide the best life for all of her children. To continue her legacy of family ties, of building a better nation, and of touching Filipino lives, we thought it is apt to name the facility after her,” she added.

The new facility, alongside other latest features like the kiddie playground and basketball court, was graced by the Policarpio family and other several guests, with the homeowners as witnesses.

Situated at the heart of Central Luzon, Rimaven Homes Dau is a mid-end modern contemporary themed residential development in Barangay Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Inspired by the founder’s aspirations of providing quality life for Filipino families, the 4.2-hectare project sets new standard for economic housing industry by providing affordable housing packages with the utmost commitment to quality.

Patterned from the efficiently designed and symmetrically proportioned floor plans of Rimaven Properties, Inc., Rimaven Homes Dau offers two house models—duplex and townhouse.

Each model brims with well-planned details, spaces, and pathways to ensure comfortable living conditions. Intricate decorative details, warm palette, and fine finishing are used to emphasize elegant and upscale lifestyle. Complementing the sophisticated architecture of the house units are the different amenities inside the vibrant and well-secured community.

Residents can celebrate their memorable life events at the Aurora Hall, a multi-purpose hall strategically structured at the forefront of the community. They may also have fun and do outdoor activities in its green park with Materials Recovery facility to keep the community safe and clean. Providing quality primary education exclusive to homeowners, the project also houses a childminding center.

Rimaven Homes Dau is also the first gated community in Dau to have a well-structured and heavily guarded two-way lane entrance gate that is protected by a 24-hour CCTV security system.

Rimaven Homes Dau is widely accessible on the Dau Access Road, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Dau Exit. One of the development’s main advantage is its easy access to the city’s major commercial establishments, schools, and hospitals.

Located at the crossroad of major provinces and business centers, it is five minutes away from the Mabalacat City Terminal, ten minutes away from the Clark International Airport, and just a few kilometers from the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway.
