NEWLY appointed Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Bayani Jacinto on Tuesday took his oath before Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Aside from Jacinto's family, Associate Justice Mariano Del Castillo and Sandiganbayan Presiding Justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang were also present during the oath taking.
Jacinto is a former Ombudsman-Luzon Acting Director for Prosecution and Monitoring Unit.
He replaced at the anti-graft court Associate Justice Roland Jurado, who went into early retirement last February. (SunStar Philippines)
