"We regret to inform you that this office and its partner organizations; Philippine Pet Control Center Foundation (PPBCCF) and Animal Rescue Rehabilitation and Fostering Davao Inc. (ARFF-Davao)," matud pa sa suwat.

Ang suwat nagkanayon nga ang kalihukan isibog "in due respect to the availability of the service providers especially those from PPBCCF and ARFF-DAVAO".

"We assure you that we will continue to work for responsible pet ownership and address the population issues of our domestic by way of information, education, and communication including spaying and neutering," matud ni Pinili.
