PRO 7 monitors erring police officers

FOLLOWING the arrest of a “police scalawag” by the Counter-Intelligence Task Force (CITF) in Camp Crame, the Police Regional Office (PRO) 7 are monitoring some police officers who have pending cases.

PRO 7 Director Noli Taliño said that they have yet to receive the number of officers in the region who are in the CITF’s target list.

“But we have police officers placed under investigation and are facing different cases in our office,” he said.

The CITF is tasked to apprehend erring policemen as part of the internal cleansing of the organization.
