Stray dogs
I chanced upon page 8 of Sun.Star Cebu’s June 2, 2015 issue wherein a dog owner in Liloan facing charges for violating the Anti-Rabies Act of 2007 was featured. By the way, this law has been used as basis for the indictment of owners of pets like dogs who are negligent of their duties to keep their pets from harming people.
We here in Bacayan, particularly in Villa Leyson, call for your help to collect all stray dogs whose owners are equally guilty of violating Republic Act 9484 or the Anti-Rabies Act of 2007 .--09997478863

Creek near V. Gullas
A creek located along D. Jakosalem St. in between V. Gullas St. and Colon St. is not only an eyesore as its water is littered with garbage but is also a seious cause for concern as it can easily overflow in case of heavy downpur.
