Kim Chiu lives up to ‘adrenaline junkie’ tag

CEBUANA actress Kim Chiu didn’t miss all the fun as she juggles work and adventure in Nepal.

The Kapamilya actress tried four extreme outdoor activities while off from shooting her upcoming Star Cinema movie “Ghost Bride.”

Dubbed as “KIMadvenCHIUre,” the 27-year-old tried riding an ultra light plane, did zip lining, paragliding and bungee jumping.

Chiu said she did a 230 feet jump, her most daring to date. She described the adventure as the “real deal.”

"It’s my 4th time to do bungee jumping but it’s my first time to bungee jump na sa paa lang yung tali and wala sa side! Intense but super mega fun. One for the books,” she said.

After doing all the activities, the actress said she is now a certified "adrenaline junkie.”

“As the saying goes, ‘Inhale courage, exhale fear.’ Super saya,” she said.

In a prior interview, Chiu shared she decided to try different things now that she’s in her mid-20s as she doesn’t want to miss what the world could offer.

Aside from doing extreme outdoor activities, the television and movie actress also finished two duathlon races this year.

“Gusto ko patunayan na kahit babae ako, kahit payat ako, gusto ko ipakita sa tao na kaya natin ang lahat kahit na anong body frame ninyo as long as you believe in yourself na kaya nyo.”
