This is related to an incident where a victim of a hit-and-run died allegedly due to the refusal of the ambulance driver to bring the patient to the hospital last May 24.

Provincial Legal Officer Orvi Ortega said that Dr. Bella Villaganas has also been asked to submit a written explanation on the allegation. The order was issued last June 7.

Apart from Villaganas, two nurses will also be summoned to shed light on the alleged incident. Arnold Tucong, MSU-Marawi Intern
