THE Office of the Cebu City Prosecutor indicted a 22-year-old helper who allegedly stole his employer’s Mitsubishi Lancer.
Prosecutor Eulogio Borres Jr. found evidence to charge Wilmar Cole with carnapping before the Regional Trial Court.
After Dr. Eduardo Lee Jr. and his wife left for Manila last May 24, the doctor was informed that his vehicle had been in an accident in Lahug.
Traffic enforcers confirmed that Cole had driven the Lancer into a concrete fence.
He didn’t have a driver’s license.
Damage to the vehicle was pegged at P200,000.
