This project is a brainchild of the Foundation for Lingap Kapampangan Incorporated, a group of Kapampangan heritage, arts, and culture advocates and volunteers behind the success of the annual Pampanga-wide Sinukwan Festival.

Completing the roster of performers are the Nightingales and the Sacerdos, a group of singing Kapampangan priests.

The KCC will undertake the restoration of the old Pampanga High School building in this and transform the heritage structure into a museum and cultural center.

The said site used to house the main building of the Pampanga High School, which was completed in 1910 following the standard plan of Gabaldon school houses and counted Philippine President Diosdado Macapagal among its distinguished alumni.
