5-star stay redefined

WHAT about giving yourself, your love, your family, and friends a grand, 5-star staycation?

Sounds exciting? Of course, who wouldn’t get excited? But, admit it, you couldn’t help but worry (especially if you’re on a tight budget) as it means spending a lot.

But no, staycation should not necessarily mean spending a lot of your money because you can always have that hotel-like vacation, especially now, that MKI Inn opens this opportunity to the public.

Whether you’re on a business meeting or on a “lakwatsa” mode, or maybe, you just want to relax in the middle of the ever- growing Davao City, MKI Inn is always your perfect staycation partner.

The newly upgraded MKI Inn, located in Villa Josefina Village, Matina Crossing, Davao City, which was re-launched last November 28, 2016 promises customers a peaceful, clean and relaxing stay.

“We commit that all our customers will experience a hotel-like stay by paying way cheaper,” MKI Inn owner Mary John Mercado shared.

Mercado said that the interior of the place really strived to achieve a hotel ambiance and makes one feel as if he/she is staying in a posh accommodation establishment.

“We have a total of 25 rooms composed of 13 standard rooms and 12 suite rooms,’ she said.

Room rates start at P250 to P1,199 per overnight stay.

“Rooms are inclusive of free Wi-Fi access, 21 inch LED TV with cable, fully air-conditioned rooms, hot and cold shower, and personal refrigerator for some suite rooms,” she said.

To ensure safety, MKI Inn is equipped with fire alarm, smoke detector, CCTV camera, electronic door system and 24/7 security guard on duty.
Also, at the first ground of the building, it has a Malaysian restaurant that can accommodate 50 persons at a time.

What’s more interesting with MKI Inn is its location. It is near a police station (Talomo Police Station), a shopping and grocery establishment (Center Point Plaza) and several dining restaurants. Also, it offers shuttle/van services.

For frequent customers, rewards system is also practiced by the inn. After three visits, the next stay will be charged with 10 percent off and after availing 10 rooms or checking in 10 times at MKI Inn, the 11th stay of the same customer will be free of charge.

“MKI Inn is not just for couples, it is for all, we envision that MKI Inn will be the top budget-inn in the city known for delivering quality, hotel-like services,” Mercado said.
