For this year’s Academy of Chocolate Awards, the Malagos 65 percent and the 72 percent dark chocolates were both awarded Bronze while their 85 percent dark chocolate received commendation, all of these under the Tree to Bar Category.

Also commended were Amazona Chocolate and Amma Chocolate.
The same organizing body, Academy of Chocolate, also awarded Malagos 100 percent Unsweetened Chocolate Silver in the Drinking Chocolate Category two weeks ago.

These awards mark the 7th international award and one commendation in fine chocolate competition of MalagosAgri-Ventures Corporation. Previous international awards of Malagos Chocolates include the Silver and the 2-star awards for the Malagos Unsweetened Chocolate (Drinking Chocolate category). These were awarded last year at the Academy of Chocolate and Great Taste Awards in London and United Kingdom respectively.

The Malagos 65 percent has also won Silver awards in the World Drinking Chocolate Competition by the International Chocolate Awards in Germany in 2015. Their Malagos Unsweetened Chocolate also received a bronze award for being the Best Unflavored Drinking Chocolate at the 2015 Academy of Chocolate Awards in London.
