AT 6:30 p.m. of May 25, 2017, was an unbelievably chaotic time for us.
Almost everyone in the house was having a disagreement with someone else, and it was nerve wracking.
Chiara and I were driving back to Baguio, both of us feeling out of sorts because of a disagreement. At that time, she wasn't on speaking terms with her friend, which is rare because she is always friendly.
Divya and Byren were trading jibes with Aa over FaceTime, and Aa was having a text war with me about his younger siblings. He was supposed to fetch them earlier but decided to proceed to another appointment when the younger ones took too long to leave school.
All these misunderstandings happening at the same time were too coincidental to be a coincidence, and I knew that we had somehow activated an argument star in the house.
Mentally, I went back to the past events the days before, looking for a certain item or event that could have triggered the miscommunications which were current in the house.
I knew that for this year's Flying Stars, South was the misfortune direction, Southwest was the robbery and loss direction, Northwest the illness, and West, the argument direction. These annual directions had been cured in the house, so I was certain a monthly star had been left out.
That Sunday, May 20, we had set up the projector and its large screen to watch the blue-ray version of Beauty and the Beast in the living room.
Since we hardly ever stay in this area, which is in the East of the house, I did not put the monthly cure. I should have, regardless, for East was the location of the argument star that month.
By watching the movie, and leaving the projector there, we had inadvertently activated quarrels and miscommunication. Reminds me of the time an electric fan at the center of the house activated stomach aches in my parent's house. (I'll tell you about this in another article.)
It's entirely possible, that at 6:30 p.m., Chiara and I were also directly facing the East, what with all those twists and turns of Naguilian Road, making the argument direction even stronger for us.
When Chiara and I arrived home, I had the projector packed and went to look for garnets to place in the East of the living room. I knew we had the right cure because when I went upstairs, Chiara was on the phone speaking to her friend. Divya and Byren were jovial and amused rather than surly. Aa was back to his sweet self.
Everything is normal now and it's peaceful as always.
This experience has left a lasting impact on how important it is to cure not just the annual Flying Stars, but the monthly negative Flying Stars as well.
I've assigned Aa to take care of the monthly cures to make sure the energies from the negative directions are exhausted before they can make a detrimental effect.
