BEING an online buyer has given me so many experiences, both good and bad, from different online sellers. Why? Because there are instances when I am fully satisfied but at times, I am disappointed.

When asked to further elaborate why fashionistas should visit her shop, whether online or the physical store, Meckai, as what everyone calls her, emphasized four things.

First, she reiterated that she and partner Francis Bayer don't give their clients any room to doubt their credibility. The fact that they have a physical store, customers "can freely express their complaint, suggestion, and appreciation."

Second, anyone can be "critical" since "even if a customer has chosen an item online already, he is free to change his mind and choose any item available in the store instead."

Third, they offer variety considering their numerous local and international brand partners.

Fourth, they have sales representatives, who know their products and can provide answers to customers’ queries.
