Isabelle Daza apologizes, says ‘siquiWhores’ hashtag ‘a joke’

ISABELLE Daza has apologized after she was criticized by netizens for her use of 'siquiWhores' hashtag during her recent trip with friends in the Visayan province.

According to singer and Siquijor Vice Governor Dingdong Avanzado, Daza already explained the hashtag, which offended several netizens for its derogatory connotation.

He said the "Nathaniel" actress used it as "a joke" and "term of endearment" between her and cousin, fashion blogger Martine Cajucon, whom she posed with in one photo.

Avanzado then encouraged everyone, especially his constituents, to "move on" from the issue and "focus" their time on other things.
