Thus, Suntrust Properties Inc. (SPI) launched early this year its “Inspire to aspire (#inSPIretoaSPIre)” campaign that seeks to drive all who are part of the company, from its ranking officials, employees, to its real estate agents or the Suntrustees, to be inspired and to move others to aspire.
SPI Deanna Jean A. Claveria, EVP/COO, said in an interview in a recently concluded 2017 annual awards and 2018 sales kick-off ceremony last March 6 at SMX Convention Center, Lanang, Davao City, that this campaign is aimed at creating a meaningful impact in the lives of its people and buyers.
After its successful previous campaign dubbed as “Bentengkyu,” in which the company recognized the crucial contribution of people who helped them transform into a successful company, she said the new campaign highlights the journey of SPI which can be a source of inspiration to all.
She said the company wants to be an inspiration for its employees to aspire for more and in turn they will also become an inspiration for Filipinos who also wanted to reach their full potentials.
“We are now ready to inspire others so they can aspire for better homes, better career, better lives,” she said.
The new campaign is also believed to help Suntrustees perform well in sales.
“How do we inspire them? Aside from the monetary benefits, it is more of inspiring them through our talks and deeds,” Claveria said.
She also said that the company is implementing an open door policy to all its employees and partners.
“There is no wall that divides employees, the Suntrustees and the officers. We are always ready to help them in ways we can because that is our goal, to help them succeed,” she said.
SPI is the developer of the soon-to-rise One Lakeshore Drive and Two Lakeshore Drive located within the Davao Park District in Lanang, Davao City.
