A SUSPECTED drug personality was killed in a joint law enforcement operation while two others were placed under investigation in the province of Zamboanga del Norte, the police said Monday, March 26.

Chief Inspector Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, identified the slain drug personality as Julhadi Amil, 49, a resident of Doña Cecilla village, Sirawai.
