STEPHEN Loman and Joshua Pacio seek another victory after their stellar performance in PXC Laban MMA Baguio last February.
The two up and coming fighters of Team Lakay will be the co-main event of Team Lakay Championship 9 as part of the Strawberry Festival, which sees action Saturday, March 21, at the La Trinidad Municipal Gym.
Loman recently made short work of Jomar Manlangit (Team King’s Den) scoring a rear naked choke in the 2:47 mark of the second round during PXC first amateur bout in Baguio City and will square off against Richard Morales of D’ Elements Gym in Manila.
Pacio, who also scored an impressive victory over Slyvester Banguingui battles Ignacio Galindez also of D’ Elements Gym.
Eight undercards will also thrill fight fans with Jomar Pa-ac (Team Lakay) squaring off against Mardie Zulita (D’ Elements Gym) while Konnery Algen of Lakay La Trinidad takes on Rama Wasan of Tribal Submission.
An exciting bout is also expected between Lemer Maximino (Lakay La Trinidad) and Dennis Wawac (Tribal Submission) as Aldwin Nicdao of Lakay Central Gym is seen to thrill MMA fans when he takes on Erick Raymundo of Contender gym.
Jerome Labnas of Kafagway MMA and Denver Baden of Highland MMA squares off in the undercard with Christopher Pira of Lakay La Trinidad tangles with Nelson Cuanso of Amazing Universal Gym.
Lady fighters Joanne Bognadon (Lakay Central) and Charmay Claudio (Kafagway MMA) will also see action with Estrada Donga-as of Lakay La Trinidad engages Roderick Hilario of Amazing Universal Gym opens the fight night.
