Authorities identified the suspects as Aljun Labininay, 26, a resident of Barangay 36, and Haima Pascan, 26, of Indahag.

Labininay is said to be number seven in the wanted list of the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (Cocpo) and a high value target in the illegal drug trade.

Police seized four big packs of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as "shabu," weighing around 20 grams worth around P100,000.

In Surigao City, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Caraga operatives confiscated P295,000 worth of suspected shabu.

Anti-narcotics agents arrested the drug suspect identified as Karl Pontevedra Balo, 43, resident of Canlanipa Homes, Surigao city.

The suspect was caught in a drug bust at Room 310 of EY Suites, Borromoeo Street.

The PDEA-Caraga said the suspect was tested positive for drug use.

Seized items were brought to the PNP crime laboratory while charges for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act (Republic Act 9165) against the suspects are already up for filing.
