3 gunmen rob, injure foreigner in Talisay

A Scottish national was critically hurt after three men shot him outside a mall in Barangay Bulacao, Talisay City yesterday dawn.

Alex Manabat of the Talisay City Police Station said that Tareq Naggar, 44, was drinking with his fiancé when the culprits on board a motorcycle parked in front of them.

Two of them then disembarked and suddenly held Naggar at gunpoint while the other took Naggar’s wallet with P500 cash.

One of the suspects shot Naggar before fleeing.

The victim was brought to the Talisay City District Hospital for treatment. (JKV)
