Little Miss International

FRESH from the grand opening show of Selina’s Castle of Beauty & Wellness four days earlier, aesthetician Selina Sevilla proved that she has not neglected her first love—singing—by staging a concert at Slabadu last July 20.

Backed up by The Firelights, the sexy singer enticed the audience to sing and dance along. Even Senyorita Amparito Lhuillier, Selina’s and Lalen Calayan’s biz partner, was lured to join her onstage to sing.

A talented and beautiful young lady of 12 summers is vying for the title of Little Ms. International in Thailand. The pageant runs from July 26 to 30.

During the presscon, Fil-Norwegian Liza Sofia Hansen showed the qualities of a young beauty queen (she won Little Miss International Philippines 2017).

Finally, Lady Luck smiled at me again at the Rogin-E Man Hub 2017 at SM City Cebu Northwing last Sunday as I went home with a pricy gadget and Rogin-E at the raffle.

Movie-TV personality Roxanne Barcelo took over the program hosting task from ABS-CBN Cebu’s Phoebe Kaye Fernandez.

Fitness coach Jim Saret dared the men in the audience to do physical challenges and be The Man On Top with exciting prizes at stake.

Cebuana international diva Anna Fegi wowed the audience with her Barbra Streisand medley and other numbers.

The Alessandra de Rossi-Empoy Marquez starrer, Kita Kita, surprised everyone by showing box-office strength. In its second week, many still queued up despite competition: Sarah Geronimo-John Lloyd Cruz’s Finally Found Someone and Charlize Theron’s Atomic Blonde.
