Hon. Toshio Kamauchi, Councilor-in-Chief Consul from the Japanese Embassy, Manila and international opera singer Micko Tsurusawa grace the "Tomodachi rites", sponsored by the City of Baguio, Filipino-Japanese Foundation NL in partnership with the CSWDO-OSCA, Baguio Elderly Assembly (BEA) and the NCCB.

The pictures in this page were from Joseph Zambrano and the FJFNL office. It will be a constant reminder of the glorious and joyful episode of two Asian countries forging together in unison in their quest for lasting brotherhood links anchored on mutual respect, cultural heritage, joint national development undertakings, peace and solidarity.
