Robin Padilla’s daughter gives birth to a baby girl

FORMER actress Queenie Padilla and Pakistani husband Usama Mir have welcomed their first child.

Queenie, the eldest daughter of action star Robin Padilla, gave birth to a baby girl on Tuesday but only announced the good news this weekend.

The couple named their first child Manir-Tada.

"I wanted a boy, but when you came into the world I realized how wrong I was... I wouldn't want anything in the world but you... My princess. My everything. My life. I love you so much... You make me happy cry every day. It pains me to hear you cry, it gives me joy to see you smile... Alhamdullillah. Thank you Allah," she wrote in an Instagram post.

According to Queenie, she will refrain from posting photos of her daughter as she wants to protect the child's privacy.

She’s also requesting everyone to continue praying for her and the baby.

Queenie's baby is the first grandchild of Robin. His other daughter, Kylie, is expecting her first child with boyfriend, Aljur Abrenica. (SunStar Philippines)
